FAQ
How likely am I to sell my property if I list with Clickit Realty?
No matter who lists your property, the MLS listing markets to exactly the same buyers and exactly the same agents. If you list your property at a competitive price, offer a competitive commission and include those features that your competitors are offering, you will sell at exactly the same rate as other properties like yours. No Realtor has sold more properties than Clickit Realty.
How long has Clickit Realty been in business?
We started in 2000 with an innovative business model to save sellers lots of money when listing their property for sale. Since that time we have helped property owners sell over 25,000 properties!
Can I upgrade my listing package at any time?
YES! If you select one of the economy packages, you can upgrade to a listing package with more features or even add features individually to customize your listing for the quickest sale.
What if I don’t know much about Real Estate?
No worries, our staff has helped 1000’s of sellers sell their property. We can help walk you through the process, just ask. Clickit Realty will supply all of the state forms for contracts, disclosures and other necessary forms to help you and make it easy. If you ever feel you need assistance with negotiating an offer we can help with that too for additional fees. Just a simple question? Just ask.
What if I don’t know how to price my property?
Clickit Realty can provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This will show you your current competitors selling similar homes in your area and it will show properties like yours that have recently sold.
Why do I need so many pictures on my listing?
Ultimately, because your competitors do. You want to show every room and every view because this is how buyers become interested in actually seeing and buying a property.
Do I have to have the house on lock box?
No, however we recommend it for agent showings as it is their normal protocol. If you are living in the property, we recommend keeping it as appointment only.
What if my property is not selling?
If a property is not selling it usually means something is not competitive. Ask our staff to do a review of other properties for sale in your area and see what is selling and why.
Do I need an attorney to close the property?
The closing attorney is most often selected by the buyer and represents the lender if there is one. That attorney can close the property and take care of distributions, do a title search and register the deed. Most sellers do not have a separate attorney present as they are getting cash at closing without the liability.
