I used Clickit Realty this spring and just recently closed on my property. It is simple and easy. I saved 3% by not using a seller’s agent. If you do your homework and are familiar with how the selling of property works then you can save a lot of money. Those without any knowledge of how sell their home may be better off using a broker; but if you have the time to invest and are willing to learn the basics it will save you thousands in commission fees by doing it yourself. Basically Clickit Realty is a MLS listing agency and they are helpful with general questions but the rest is up to the seller.

I had a good experience selling with Clickit. Yes the sign is small and so is the fee for using the service. The yard sign has a minimal impact on the sale of the property. It is more about having your property listed in MLS. As a Realtor, I know that the complaint from Buyers Agents about Clickit or any Flat Fee service or FSBOs is that they are dealing with owners and not other Realtors. They have to work a bit harder to get through the details with inexperienced sellers. If you have a nice property to sell, this is not going to keep buyers away. The internet will provide potential buyers access to your home. They will tell their agent which homes they want to tour 🙂
